Serious question. To those of you wanting to get rid of Jim and/or Mitch, how do you envision that helping this team?
I'm legitimately curious as to how that can help us in the long run? When i hear people clamoring to get rid of Jim buss.. Ok fine, but what then? How does that help us? I can't help but feel like there's its just getting rid of another scapegoat. There's always a scapegoat every year. So let's hear it. What's your long term plan after firing Jimmy and how are we going to be a better team without him?
