the team's future
read a post the other day of how, although we are on track to get around 30 wins & reveal we're improving upon last season, the post explained that every other team is also improving (except the Nets, rip). i for one, would rather see our team make the playoffs than tank for another season.
but at this point, i think we're all aiming for 30 wins or more, and be able to draft a player in Fultz/Ball/Jackson. ideally, if we sign Noel in FA too, i think we're set for the next few years when gsw/cavs begin to wane with age. i love the idea that if we hit around 30 wins this season, there's nowhere else to go but up. by the time the "big dog" teams are hovering downwards, we'll be one of the few upcoming teams. our players do show their potential, now it's just a sense of harnessing the consistency. hopefully adding two more pieces in the draft and FA and we know what this team will be able to do and become. love this team and love y'all, here's to our team & fuck the celtics.
edit: words
