Someone please explain how +/- works.
I don't understand how it's calculated because looking at stats from last night Zu had a -8 even though in 17 minutes he had 10 pts on 5 of 9 shooting so 60% isn't bad. He also had 7 rebounds, a steal, and 4 blocks. Granted he had 3 fouls and maybe that plays a large part into it I don't know I just find it hard to say that essential he "hurt" the team with those numbers by having a -8 +/-
