Do you want to pay Randle the max? What would you pay Nance?
It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Randle demand the max and the Lakers might give it to him.
Ok, say we give Randle the max or close to it, which I think would be a mistake, but now what do you pay Nance? Do you pay him big bucks to be a backup PF?
The most likely scenario is that we only pay one and let the other go through trade. Who do you keep?
