LA LAKERS

After yesterday's historically frustrating loss, I realized that the Lakers lack solid veteran leadership--someone who would call a players-only meeting after a disgraceful loss... Here are our "vets": - Metta World Peace (I love him and I love basketball, but he's not exactly the guy to be vocal and call for a team meeting), - Luol Deng (not vocal enough), - Timofey Mozgov (language issues), and - Lou Williams (he's probably our best vet which says a lot)

These aren't the vocal leaders that a young team needs. Maybe this is what the Lakers front office needs to look for before the trade deadline?
