How do we motivate out players to move/cut?
I know they're young, but on offense, this should be the #1 thing on their mind. The passing to the open man and taking open shots will come naturally from this. There is zero weak side action. They are not making the defense pay for standing and watching.
We've seen them play in spurts of having great movement with success. It works! Why stop doing it?
