Quick disclaimer: I believe in building around our younguns. And very interested on how we develop as a young team and what pieces are needed to become an eventual power house

I'm looking forward just a little ahead to see what possible pickups we can get to fill in the little holes in our team as our young core matures. I'm not really chasing after the star hype - just realistic acquisitions we can nab. I'm thinking of Drose since he enters FA. Sure he isn't as good as he once was and his character is a bit eccentric, but I really think Luke can get him to buy in the system. He shows love for the game and has confidence. He's still at a good age to mature his game and has valuable experience. We can also replace Calderon and Huer-PointGod with him as a backup PG. He can bring energy off the bench with the rest of our crew and show a more aggressive touch to hopefully encourage Dlo and Ingram to be a bit more aggressive. Though I'm not sure if he's willing to come off the bench, I believe in Luke to sort that out. If Luke can bring Uncle P around, I'm sure he can work his magic with Drose.
