Disappointed With Shot Selection at End
I know blame could be spread across the board for tonight's loss but I will say that Nick took some really terrible shots late in the game (especially that 3 he took to take the outright lead - he had two guys on him!).
If we want to be a better team, we have to stick to swinging the ball around and taking the absolutely best shot. At the beginning of the year we had really bought into this (I remember when Don Julio swung that swing pass for an open 3 when Tyson Chandler challenged him to go 1v1).
This team has the players to win games late. We just can't abandon the pillar of what made us so fun at the beginning of the year. Unselfish basketball.
PS. I'm encouraged by JCs assist numbers tonight and the little by little growth from Ingram. DLO also looked good (he was only -7 compared to Young's -22).
